Terms of payment and delivery
Placing an order and paying for the products
- A shopping basket is created for the customer when the customer clicks on “Add to basket”. The customer can then continue browsing for products or proceed to checkout. More products can be added to the basket or deleted, before placing the order.
- The product images displayed are for illustration purposes only and may differ from the actual product.
- To check out the order, the customer should click on “View basket” and “Pay”. The customer should then enter the requested information so that Salonplus can contact the customer, if necessary, and issue the invoice.
- To ensure smooth delivery of the order, the data provided in the order must be accurate and correct.
- When the customer completes the order and clicks on the “Pay” button, the system will generate an invoice for the customer, payable through a bank link or using the options provided by the payment service partner, which are displayed in the checkout view of the online shop.
- The sales contract is deemed to have been concluded at the receipt of 100% of the order amount to Salonplus’ bank account.
Delivery
- After entry into the force of sales contract, Salonplus will pack the order and deliver it to the company’s delivery partner.
- Orders will be delivered in 1–3 working days – unless the customer has been informed otherwise.
- Deliveries can be made via Salonplus’ logistics partners Itella Smartpost, Omniva or DPD.
- The delivery dates shown in the online shop will apply from the moment the purchase order amount has been received in Salonplus’ bank account.
- Salonplus will, at the first opportunity, notify the customer of any changes in the delivery dates.
- If you order your parcel to be delivered to a parcel terminal, you will receive a text message to your mobile phone with the details you need to receive your parcel once it arrives. To receive your parcel, enter the unique locker code sent to you in the text message on the screen of the parcel terminal.
- If the parcel is sent by a courier service, you will get a text message or a phone call to notify you of the delivery time. The courier will deliver parcels based on a delivery note. Before accepting the parcel and signing the delivery note, Salonplus recommends inspecting the packaging of the parcel. In the case of visible damages to the package, Salonplus recommends that you do not accept it. By signing the delivery note, the customer confirms that, at the time of delivery, the package was intact, or that the customer is happy with the condition of the package (the products are not damaged).
- To receive the order without any delays, valid delivery details must be submitted when checking out the order and inputting the delivery information.
- Salonplus will not be held liable for any delays in the delivery of the products if the products have been delivered to the logistics partners on time, but the delivery is delayed due to circumstances that Salonplus could not have affected or foreseen.
